Giovanni is a former US Army Sergeant and studied business administration and accounting. He has professional experience in prject management, commercial contracting, life insurance, and financial services. Giovanni has developed strong skills in customer service, sales and marketing. Additionally, Giovanni gained a wealth of knowledge from working in multiple industries ranging from construction to retail, working with a wide variety of customers.

In addition to English, Giovanni is also proficient in Spanish.

Stephanie is a Central Florida native and graduated from DeLand High School. After which, she earned her bachelor’s degree of science from Full Sail University in Winter Park, FL.
Stephanie comes from a family of entrepreneurs where starting, building, buying, and selling businesses is a regular practice. Having owned and sold her own business she understands the many challenges that business owners face.

Dan Ward was born and raised in Florida where he graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in economics. He has over 25 years experience in sales, management and business ownership, particularly in the bar, restaurant and hospitality industry. He has been a business broker for an additional 10 years as well. Mr. Ward has developed many relationships in a variety of industries in central Florida with a proven track record and a multiple year million dollar sales award recipient.
