Michael Funaro

Michael has owned and operated 23 franchise and non-franchise businesses in a career spanning over 40 years.  In the addition to all his personal business development activities, he has also held senior level corporate management positions in sales, sales management, training, and marketing. 

Michael is a licensed business broker, a certified SCORE counselor and is the President/CEO for the Rainmakers Consulting Group based in Florida.  Michael became a business broker in 2013 and in addition to franchise consulting work, provides initial training and mentoring for new brokers in the area of franchise resales. He has been a top performing franchise consultant in new placements along with specializing in the area of resales.

Michael possesses a working knowledge in the areas of valuations, buyer and seller disclosures, franchisor engagement, contracts, transfers and closing procedures.  He also has the utmost respect for and allegiance to confidentiality with all parties.

Michael has served as the President of the Board of Directors for his local Chamber of Commerce and is CEO of The Rainmakers Consulting Group providing brokerage and consulting services to the franchise industry.
