Experience: Jeremy was the lead consultant on a project where he implemented a cloud ERP/CRM software (including the design, development, and integration of a custom android application) for a $40M/yr revenue business. He’s held the position of Chief Financial Officer at a 130 employee business where he oversaw the Accounting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and IT functions. He’s consulted to dozens of public companies and dozens of small/mid sized companies making him well versed in the cultural differences between large and small businesses. Prior to becoming a business intermediary, Jeremy personally started, grew, and sold multiple ecommerce and internet businesses.

Mark Harmon

Mark Harmon has an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from Villanova University and an MBA majoring in marketing from the Wharton School. He has been a marketing manager and Internet marketing manager for several high-tech companies. Early in his career he was an independent marketing consultant in the Czech Republic and performed over 150 long-term marketing and sales consulting engagements for companies of all types and sizes while living there. He is also an instructor of marketing and statistics courses at several universities. He enjoys success at selling businesses as a result of his previous consulting engagement experience and his ability to find value in all of the companies that he works with. Mark Harmon was an artilleryman in the United States Marine Corps.
