Mr. Stewartson currently resides in the Volusia County area of Central Florida. Prior to joining the FBX Team, Mr. Stewartson spent several years as the owner and operator of an electrical contracting business in the Central Florida area. In addition to being a business owner, Mr. Stewartson has served as a leadership development mentor and media relations expert for local government agencies. The blending of this background has provided Mr. Stewartson with a skill set that helps him bring buyers and sellers together for successful transactions. Mr. Stewartson is a licensed real estate broker-associate in the State of Florida and he is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida.
William H. Bradow, Jr.
Mr. Bradow, a Business Brokerage Intermediary since 2000, is a business professional with extensive, national level senior and executive management experience spanning 30 plus years. He is a business and management graduate of Western Michigan University. He has managed, among other things, banking operations, large-scale information processing, software implementations, consulting operations and business sales, purchases & closings. His responsibilities included establishing and managing large-dollar budgets, project planning, marketing, client relations, overseeing large staffs and, most recently, managing and coordinating the business sale process.
Bill has extensive business brokerage and financial education. That, along with his experience, have proven to be valuable assets for both business buyers and sellers. He is a multi-year “Million Dollar Plus” producer and has been the recipient of the Florida Business Exchange annual “The Best Of The Best” business brokerage award. He is licensed in Florida and a member of the Business Brokers of Florida.
Bill, a Michigan native, is a former Naval Aviator (pilot), and has resided in the Orlando area since 1997. He is a staunch University of Central Florida Knights and University of Michigan Wolverines football fan and Detroit Tigers baseball fan.

Dan Ward was born and raised in Florida where he graduated from the University of Florida with a business degree in economics. Mr. Ward has over 25 years experience in sales, management and business ownership, particularly in the bar, restaurant, and hospitality industry. Mr. Ward has developed many valued relationships in a variety of industries in the greater Orlando area. He is a member of the Business Brokers of Florida and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation.

Mr. Colon has proven to be an asset for both business buyers and sellers. Having own several businesses himself throughout the years. He has a great understanding of what is required to bring buyers and sellers together. Mr. Colon is Licensed by Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulations and State of Florida Dept. of Banking and Financing and a Member of Business Brokers of Florida. Phyllis Moor, CCIM, GRI, Registered Real Estate Broker, and a member of the Business Brokers of Florida moved to Florida at 19 years old and bought her first business in St. Augustine, Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, which she owned and operated for 10 years.
Ms. Moor then moved to the Tampa/St. Petersburg area where she bought a nation, franchised barter company called ITEX, owning the Tampa Bay area. In both instances, she built the businesses from the ground up. She developed hundreds of clients, with all different kinds of businesses that bartered their goods and services to fulfill the needs that they had within their companies.
Continuing in the real estate business, both as an investor and corporate executive for Fortune 500 companies, Ms. Moor’s responsibilities have been in acquisition leadership, asset management, strategic planning, project management, new development and mergers, both nationally and regionally. She has managed more than 200 ongoing tenant improvement projects ranging in size from 5,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet while simultaneously managing eight million square feet nationally of a $52 billion portfolio.
Moving to the Jacksonville area in 2001, Ms. Moor began working for the government as an asset manager, In 2008, she became a business broker specialist and now brings her experience to Florida Business Exchange, both as an executive leader and a business owner. She provides both buyers and sellers with the ability to to help them achieve their goals and dreams.

Prior to becoming a member of the Florida Business Exchange, Jim owned and operated a franchise brokerage business. As a member of the Franchise Brokers Association, he was recognized as a Certified Franchise Broker and Franchise Immigration Specialist. He still operates a commercial funding services brokerage which provides funds to business owners and buyers for working capital, equipment, and real estate.
Jim has 35 years of executive leadership in high tech companies where he specialized in growing service business units from concept to full operation as well as being chosen multiple times to fix failing business units.
He earned his MBA from Northeastern University and his BSBA from Boston University.
As a strong believer that small businesses are the backbone of the country, Jim is committed to ensuring their transfer of ownership is always done with the highest level of integrity, excellence, common sense, and by doing what is right.

Mr. Lawrence holds a Florida Brokers license and brings a diversified business and real estate background to the challenge of exchanging business assets between Buyer and Seller. Fred started his career graduating with a BME degree and over the years has continued his education with advanced course studies in Business and Commercial endeavors. During the last 15 years he has been involved in Business Brokerage, Commercial Real Estate Sales, as well as consulting with Small Business Entrepreneurs to provide Marketing, Sales and Financial Restructuring to their business. This activity follows a successful 30 year entrepreneurial career as the owner of a Manufacturers Agency representing Domestic and International Manufacturers of High Tech Electronic products in the State of Florida which was successfully sold to his employees. During the 20 years he has lived in the Florida central market, Fred has participated in organizations such as SCORE, and other Economic Groups throughout the County of Volusia and has maintained a continued involvement in Business ventures.

AJ is a Professional bilingual engineer and former business owner that have been in in the packaging and food service (restaurant supplier) with different roles in manufacturing, sales and management positions that made transition to his next goal to the Business Brokerage career joining to FBX team to help people to buy or sell business.
AJ is originally from Venezuela where obtained his education in Materials Engineering, Finances and Management and worked for 12 years in the largest private Company in the Manufacturing and Service areas. He moved with his family to Orlando FL USA in 2006, looking for new opportunities to grow as person and professional.
In the USA , has been in Sales and customer Service positions for more than 10 years in the packaging Industry and also Business owner in a Restaurant Equipment dealer as well as an Equipment machine and parts exporter and lately as Commercial real estate investor.
All this background added with the FBX team experience, allowed AJ to have an excellent background to provide an excellent support to customers that want to either sell or buy business because understand their expectations and requirements.
