Jason Godwin

Jason Godwin is a Managing Director of Mergers & Acquisitions and a Managing Partner at Florida Business Exchange, where he advises business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors on lower-middle-market transactions. His practice focuses on sell-side, buy-side, and strategic advisory engagements for companies with enterprise values ranging from $50 million to $2 million Enterprise Value.

Jason brings a disciplined, operator-minded approach to M&A, combining deep transaction experience with a strong background in business brokerage, valuation, and exit planning.
